"We’ve been a PSSN family since February 2021 and couldn’t imagine sending our girls anywhere else! From the moment our girls entered the school, they have be nurtured, loved, educated and well fed. As our daughters have transitioned from different classrooms/age groups, we see positive growth that reminds us why we chose Primrose. My girls have the most amazing teachers who care about their growth and development. The school has a wonderful approach to learning and we are extremely impressed with the private Pre-K class (Ms. Donna is the BEST!). Honorable mention goes out to one of the franchise owners, Roma, the director Amara and the amazing administrative staff. They always takes our questions/concerns seriously and are readily available to provide answers/feedback."
"It was ok but not great. The most disappointing thing was that the teacher of our group (preK) was very frequently absent and the groups were merged without any warning. Since my son didn’t know English in the beginning and it was a very new experience for him any changes to a normal routine were very stressful. The management did not care about it and never cared to warn us about any changes. Sometimes we would just come and leave because the groups were merged again. Also, we were expecting some more or less serious education and learning program - what was taught was extremely primitive and basic. It’s ok if you need for someone to look after your kid while you’re at work but it’s not a place where your child will learn a lot. To sum up, the place is ok but you don’t get much for 1500 bucks that you pay monthly"
"We absolutely love Primrose Sandy Springs North. I had so much anxiety about going back to work and what someone else caring for our son would look like. It didn’t take long at all to see these teachers care so much. I feel like they love him like their own. Help him with his growth and at the same time he has so much fun everyday with all the educational activities. Above and beyond!!!! Speaking on above and beyond Ms Misty in the older infant class has been more than wonderful in helping our son adjust to change from being home with us for so long. And did so in such a loving way. Thank you! When looking for places waiting list were so long we extended to other areas and this was the one to open first. We thought once something a little closer to us opened up we would transfer there. But no, we make it work because the peace of mind they give us while we have to work. The other amazing thing here is the communication between all the staff, the owner, administrators, teachers, all the way to the dietician’s . Everyone knows the kids and the parents that they belong to by name. That’s so great for safety. I could go on and on. Thank you everyone for all you do, we appreciate you."
"Disappointing Experience – Bleach Incident I am compelled to share a concerning incident that happened at Primrose School of Sandy Springs North. My son came home with his clothes soaked in bleach, which left me deeply upset. The fact that my child had contact with bleach raises serious safety concerns. The staff's lack of awareness and preventive measures is unacceptable. I expect a childcare facility to prioritize the well-being of children, and this incident has left me questioning the standards in place. Communication about such incidents is crucial, and I feel disappointed in the lack of immediate notification. I hope that Primrose School addresses this issue promptly and implements measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. My trust in the safety and care provided by the school has been severely shaken, and I believe it's crucial for parents to be aware of this incident before making decisions about enrolling their children."
