"If you like group fitness classes, and want to be part of a positive group of women, then this is the place to be!!! Christian helps boost your self esteem and makes you feel powerful. She is amazing at giving you a variety of options when exercising, so that you can be comfortable at whatever level you are. All of the instructors are wonderful women who lift you up and make you feel like you can push through (even when you don't thing you can). Be Free Fitness is one of my new favorite places to be. It's wonderful to be around so many amazing, inspiring, positive women. I wish I had found this place sooner!!! There are so many other great things I can say about this place, but I don't have time to type it all out."
