"I haven't exercised in years when I went to the FREE intro class, but was immediately hooked! I started slow with 3 times a week. They give you options of classes to take and different levels. They encourage you to go at your pace, but will still try to challenge you. I currently go 5 - 6 times a week. They also offer private classes. Instructors are great!"
