"This IS the place to train. I have a condition called POTS (a form of dysautonomia) and everyone upon my arrival made sure to take care of me on the mat. Everyone took the time to watch out for me. The drills are on point and the care taken over one another is amazing. It’s a beautiful environment to learn, get in shape and feel as safe as possible in a combat sport. I can not say enough about how impressed I am. I have trained in a few different places over the years and I instantly felt like family here. Please come in. If I can do it, so can you."
