"They came out last week. Spent a few minutes examining the unit and told me the issue was because it was frozen. The issue had be going before it had a chance to freeze so I knew it wasnt only that. I was told by the technician that came out that he would be back first thing the next morning to clean the unit like we had discussed. He never called nor showed back up. Now it has been almost a week and I have not gotten back ahold of the company to come finish what was started."

"I called Michelle's Refrigeration this afternoon for an estimate on our AC unit. I was surprised when Rodney said they offered free estimates, and he could come look at our unit within a few hours. I had already called at least 8 other companies, and all of them required a service fee of $80.00 or more. Rodney arrived when he said he would, he was very professional, took his time and thoroughly searched for a solution to our very, very "old" unit, which is around 45 years old. I was so worried that I would have to spend thousands on a new unit, but Rodney fixed it! Yes, it's a very old unit and will probably need replaced soon, I was extremely relieved that I did not have to put out that kind of money, especially during this pandemic. I am so grateful for honest, and dependable people like Rodney. I know who we're going to call when it's time to replace our unit with a new one. Thank you for your help today Rodney, you are appreciated more than you'll ever know."
