"I was a new patient. I asked for referrals that I had already had from my previous doctor. She said okay and never put in the order for any of the referrals I needed. She never got back with me. She also prescribed me meds that I had a bad reaction to and I had to stop taking immediately. My MyChart request/ messages kept going unanswered as well. I would call every week to leave a message and I heard nothing back from her. I canceled my exciting appointments because she didn’t meet my needs in a timely manner. Unacceptable."
