"I went to this doctor and told her that I was ready to have children and need fibroids removed. This doctor said you don’t have to have them removed. This doctor had all my record that dated back to 2016 when I found out that I had fibroids and the doctor told me if I wanted to have children they needed to be removed. This is all in my Emory charts and notes and everything else. 2021 5 years later this lady did not do a abdominal ultrasound did not do anything told my my uterus was very high and enlarged (of course I have fibroids). She immediately just put me on medication (that I did not need). She told me I was too old to have children ect… kept having me do unnecessary progesterone test I can go on and on and on. I finally got tired and found out that I had access to consumer medical and had to find another doctor. My new doctor did and abdominal and pelvic ultrasound 30 days later I had the surgery she removed 30 fibroids and now I am pregnant. I am a black women My experience."
