"The people that handle the appointment could be nicer and more helpful but my experience at the office was great.They was very fast and the ultrasound tech was very nice. She explained everything to my boyfriend and I and made the experience great and enjoyable, she also gave my boyfriend an extra ultrasound picture which was so nice. The doctor was also very nice. She listened to our concern and give good feedback on everything. The lady at checked out seemed a bit frustrated at the end but I paid it no mind because we got to see our baby and that’s all that really matter. After the first visit thing went down hill a little. The other doctors didn’t listen as much and the feedback they gave my obgyn was not what we discussed and the other ultrasound tech just seemed to rush the ultrasound and she wasn’t as patient with my baby"

"I had my first visit at this location today. Everyone I interacted with was professional & polite. The tech also did her job well & was extremely polite. The waiting room is small so it can get a bit crowded. Other than that, it’s good having something on the south side to get professional care."

"It's the staff for me at this office! Not all staff but definitely some bad apples one being the check out nurse with gold locs ( i wish i got her name) who acted like she had a attitude about doing the job she applied for!!! God help her!!! I don't mind traveling to be treated better, I'm truly greatful I had to deal with her and not my child! Be Blessed"

"Came in for another ultrasound and don’t understand why all the reviews are bad! The lady that works the front desk has a job that requires her doing a lot of different things at the same time! My last visit she seemed like she was in a mood but didn’t take that out on me. It was just an observation. She was straight to the point and i can appreciate that. But this visit today she was real cool! The Ultrasound tech is a very nice woman. I saw someone saying she was pressing kinda hard for them and for my first anatomy scan she was pressing a little hard towards the end of my ultrasound but she was making sure she had all the pictures she needed of the brain and heart. I appreciate her nonetheless. The nurse practitioner is a very sweet lady and she cares about what she does. I don’t get any bad vibes from this place at all. i’m always in and out of here. 1 hour max every time! and it doesn’t even feel like that! Come in with a good attitude and give the place a chance! Just remember not to take your kids! They have a policy in place! I saw bad reviews for a different location about that."
