"I hate to say this but I’ve never been to an office where you wait to see a Doctor a whole hour then get to a room and wait another 30 minutes to speak to Doctors then just leave. The worst part is that the office is a mostly Hispanic office and all the Hispanic people get in and out I’ve been dealing with this for my daughters whole pregnancy my daughter is high risk and the specialist asked for her to be seen once a week and they just won’t work correctly with my daughter at this point I don’t know if this Doctor will even deliver my grandson because he may not show up. I had to give a star but I give zero stars"

"I was a patient at this location for the entire duration of my first pregnancy. I visited the clinic beginning at 6 weeks and my final visit, 6 weeks postpartum. The staff at this location was awesome! Nurse C is amazing! I was told upfront that I would not see my doctor until delivery day and initially I was okay with that, but looking back and going forward I would definitely want to at least meet my doctor once, before going into labor. My issue with this clinic was not the care I received from the actually clinic, but the lack of care, literally, that I received from the doctor. He sees many patients and you are made to feel like just a number in his presence. Throughout my 3 day stay at the hospital (Northside Hospital, Atlanta location) he may of spoke to me for a total of 30 seconds. Each day he would come in the room, and as dry as possible tell me the most basic information and incorrect information (like my discharge day) and then leave the room. He was very short and uninterested in engaging with me. I later overheard conversations (“it’s Dourron being Dourron!”) amongst the nurses and picked up on the nurses’ attitudes and body language in regards to Dr. Dourron and asked them about him. I was assured in agreeance with my initial feelings and thoughts of Dr. Dourron by the nurse staff. Aside from that, he performed a c-section on me and the experience was terrifying. The healing process is long (I am still recovering 4 months postpartum) but scar appears to be healing nicely. All in all, I have a healthy baby boy and for that I am grateful!"
