"got charged $191 for a 5 min phone call “follow up appointment” after my annual physical for someone to read my lab results to me. I could’ve just read them on my own. I did not realize a 5 min phone call was going to cost me $191. cannot believe they feel ok charging people for this. there wasn’t even anything severe, just a vitamin d deficiency. I will not be returning"

"I drive from Paulding County Georgia which is a little over an hr. I found her back in 2016-2017. I tried to go to someone closer after three doctors office. I decided to take that drive for the best health care she doesn't just care about your health she cares about your mental and how you are feeling as a person. Her bed side matters are great my son was in the second grade my daughter was 11th. They are 15 & 24 and something happens they say I'm going to Sudha. Her whole staff is wonderful."

"Very untrustworthy, dispassionate, impersonal, unprofessional and unethical. She has no connection to her patients. She treats you like just a number. Once your appointment is done she makes you schedule another appointment just for your test results so she can get paid. She never calls in your prescriptions in a timely manner you have to hound her and her staff. She is very money hungry and lacks any empathy or human connection. When she comes in the room its in and out. She even had me perform some of my exams on myself in office but maybe this was due to covid or just laziness. She is never on the same page as her staff and they all like to play the blame game with little to no accountability. The Dr was to busy to see me and is always overwhelmed with her workload her staff scheduled me for later in the week and said they would date my excuse for my call in date since I was sick and the Dr had to many appointments. When I finally seen the Dr they didn't honor their word. Only way to get her on the phone is by making a paid appointment. Everything is about money and rushing you off with her. She lacks moral compass. She has no concern that I provided her the staff members name and date of call in. They have disclosed my personal lab results in the hallway in front of other people and I had to walk out with out being seen due to pure embarrassment, shame and utter disbelief. Im highly disappointed in this organization. If you want to feel unheard by your medical professional and prescribed 50 medications this is what you will get. I have been coming to this woman for years only due to the fact that she is in network. If it wasn’t such a hassle, I would have been changed doctors. This woman knows absolutely nothing about me and is very disconnected with her patients. She is run by greed!!"
