"The communication among some of the nurses could be better. They don’t leave notes for other nurses to follow up on if they call and leave a voicemail. One of the receptionist was talking over me which was kind of rude but the one I spoke with recently was awesome and she listened and went about a beyond. I’ll come back to add to my comment if needed."

"This place was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I made my appointment a month ago because they were completely booked which is fine. For reference this is my second child and third pregnancy. But when the appointment time came they were on different days for the ultrasound and the ob appointment which does not really work for most working moms schedules. So I called to clarify and got the situation fixed twice on a day that worked for me. Was told to arrive early due to them squeezing me in. Arrived right on time to be standing outside and watch the staff inside see me standing outside but did not open the door. Once inside 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I was told the ultra sound tech doesn’t even arrive until 8… it was already 8.. needless to say I did not receive service due to not wanting this to be my care for the next 7 months…. I would find another facility if possible. Oh and my husband also would not be allowed back to view the ultrasound… I was told only kids weren’t allowed. As a nursing student this is not acceptable care and they should do better."

"As soon as I came in, it took four girls to get all my information correct just to check me in even though I had given all the information needed prior to the appointment on the phone. I had scheduled a visit for lab test since my last lab test was negative and I needed a repeat, I was under the impression that it was a blood test given. That is what I was told over the phone. As soon as they took me back, she handed me a cup and told me she needed a urine sample when I told her that I could do that at home I have done That at home and I was scheduled for a blood test test and she told me unless I spoke with a nurse I wasn’t scheduled for a blood test. No one had a clue what was going on, no one had answers, everyone seemed confused. VERY poor experience. Do not recommend. I walked out"

"***Update*** So the wait was worth it! Dr. Neuman is awesome! Very thorough and clearly cares about her patients. Updating from 2 stars to 5 because it's rare to find a doctor like this!! Willing to block off time for the care she provides."
