"If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst healthcare I have received in my entire life. I have been RN for over 10 years and I am disheartened and disappointed at the lack of care I received. If you are looking for quality care this not the place for you, especially poc."

"No accountability at this practice. My practitioner sent a lab out of network and charged me $600 (on a bill that should have been $100). This was after i told them specifically which lab to send to and had my practitioner double check that the medical procedure was covered under my insurance, and out of their carelessness, did not follow through. They did nothing to fix it after the fact. Every single time I called, front office staff "Kerry" just passed me off and told me she would call me back and never has after 8+ attempts. Have been dealing with this since January and it is now July, the issue is still not fixed."

"i love this office! Dr. Saunders always makes me feel so comfortable, despite most appointments consisting of generally uncomfortable, routine medical procedures. i’m only 21 and have only been coming here since i was 18, but i have never once not felt welcomed. everyone is extremely friendly and down to earth, they are great listeners and definitely are very knowledgeable. i have no plans on ever changing my OBGYN. definitely give this place a chance, especially if you are shy and a bit reserved like me. they will make you feel totally comfortable and heard. :)"
