"I've been coming to Dr. Clemens for the past 8 years. Dr. Clemens is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor. She does her best to make you feel comfortable during a not-so-comfortable time. Her staff, however, are incompetent. While scheduling my last 3 consecutive annuals, I show up for them to tell me the doctor is not in today. I can imagine it happening once... but THREE times... to the SAME person? It's really not that hard to schedule clients appropriately. I was here yesterday (11/7/2017) for my annual (took me two weeks to reschedule) at 2:15 PM. I didn't see the doctor until 3:05 and I was done at 3:15. Dr. Clemens apologized a million times for her tardiness then claimed the staff double booked appointments... typical. Simply because of her staff, I will not be returning to Dr. Clemens."
"Dr. Clemens has been my doctor for over 14 years. She is caring and extremely knowledgable, especially about menopause. Over the years, I have found her staff to be a little difficult at times, but it is worth whatever inconvenience in order to see her. One problem I would like to see resolved is that they will not call to remind you of an appointment. After all these years, I consider her a friend and a trusted confident about any gynecological problem. I like her so much that I will continue to drive to see her even after I move away from the Atlanta area.I highly recommend her."
