"This is my third pregnancy, and this is my third ob-gyn, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever gotten. It’s so bad to the point I felt the need to switch from this facility to a whole new one. I wouldn’t even feel safe letting them be in charge of delivering my baby and tending to my health during labor. The only one who acts nice is the nurses. The doctor and front desk person? Highly don’t recommend. They claim you can’t bring anyone with you (I’ve seen extra people there twice). I’m a single mother and have to bring my 2 daughters everywhere unless it’s an absolute emergency due to my family living hours away. When I explained that to the doctor, she responded with “There are plenty of women who would want their husbands to come to appointments too, if I bend the rules for you then I’d have to do it for everyone.” As if I WANT to bring my kids. I don’t want to, I HAVE to bring them. They have no where else to go. Also was having bad abdominal pain and nausea that no one paid attention to, a fetal Doppler they used but never found a heart beat OR referred me to a ultrasound for a follow up since they couldn’t find a heartbeat, ON TOP of them not wanting to prescribe me medication when I clearly needed them as they stated themselves (such as prenatal Vitamins, stool softeners, iron pills). They claimed it was because I could just buy it over the counter, but why would I when my health insurance covers these medications at no cost? Switch to a midwifery! They care and actually listen to you!"

"Worst cpm clinic ever. Besides the fact that they tell you to call in case something is wrong or you have questions and yet they NEVER answer or even call back the same day. The only thing they are good at is gossiping. I took a urine test because of some horrible pain i was feeling while in my first trimester and they said they were going to call me back with results. I never got a call back and when i went in 3 WEEKS later because of a miscarriage. They told me that they never sent out the urine for testing because they had prescribed antibiotics. Like they couldnt have told me that before hand. Again they do not answer phone calls. Make you leave messages and yet never call back and when they do “the call drops” and they call back like 2 days later. Save yourself the time and the money! Prefer for your baby to be in much safer hands than this joke of a clinic."

"I’m so happy I decided to come to this ob gyn. Since the first time I walked in to the last time I visited for my checkup after having my baby, I’m very happy. They are super nice. The girls in the front desk always greet you and check your temperature and it’s a Very clean place . And Tori is always so sweet and answers all my questions and is very helpful. I just love it here they treated me very good. I recommend it here!!!"

"Chose this clinic because it was close to my home and had great reviews but did not have a pleasant experience. Every time I came in I had to wait over 30 minutes to get into a room. Then while I was in the room waiting for the doctor I could hear the nurses and other staff gossiping. It was very unprofessional. When the provider finally came into the room she only spent 5 minutes with me and when I told her about my concerns she seemed uninterested and brushed them off. I decided to switch to another clinic and they made that transition terrible as well. They made me just through hoops just to get my medical records transferred to the new clinic when I had already signed the release of medical information but they told me they could not find it! The office is very outdated! Was not a great experience front the beginning."
