"Horrible experience. I arrived to my appointment and I was told that they were trying to reach me to let me know that the doctor couldn’t see me because he/she wasn’t feeling well but they had the wrong number. So I drove all the way there for nothing. (I understood due to the circumstances) so I asked to reschedule to which I was told I couldn’t!??? Receptionist Beatriz said that I had to wait until I received a call back to see “what was going to happen”. She said I’d receive a call at the end of the day and I never got a call back. I got a call 6 days later to see if I wanted to reschedule and she kept calling me Ms Lopez when my last name is clearly on the piles on paperwork that they made you fill out. What a joke of a place."

"Gerry Sotomayor is an EXCELLENT doctor. I have recommended him to my friends and family for years. We have trusted him with about 6-7 surgeries for extreme endometriosis. 2 child births and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Office staff treats me like family. You will not find a doctor with more integrity."
