"Dr. Akita’s bedside manner was very off putting at my appointment. She seemed as if she had minimal concern at my annual, and some of her comments were very rude. As a first time patient I felt that she could have been a little more welcoming, I will not be back."

"Do not give them your credit card information they will scam and sell your information and charge you even though you have not been there for over 3 months. I tried calling them every day over 10times they do not answer the phone at all."

"As a first time mother, I am not impressed with how Dr. Akita has been assisting me throughout my visits and how she has addressed my concerns following my visit. She makes notes that states she gives me pamphlets and discuss certain matters with me and she does not. Instead throughout my entire visit, she asked if I have any questions, and that is most of my visit. She incorrectly notes matters on my records with NO detail of why that is listed. When I verbalized my concerns she instead proceeded to brush me off to the next OB. The nurse Sarina, who has been assisting me has been very kind. However, the most important part of this doctor visit is meeting with Dr. Akita and it has not been informative. There seems to be more of an interest in collecting money than providing the service. She proceeded to ask me to remove my review but it is an honest one and expecting parents should know what to expect from this facility, so they do not come here. I never leave reviews but I've also never been more disappointed with a doctors office."

"Highly recommend her , especially if you have had bad experience with other gynos like I have . Beyond awesome ! I drove from Woodstock and it was well worth it . The best gyno I have ever had . Very knowledgeable , listens to you and makes sure you are comfortable . Front desk was very kind professional and helpful ."

"Dr. Naomi Akita used to have great front desk and back office team, but its completely different. Just called to confirm my appointment was cutoff then she proceed to say that's just our Dr. Akita policy about a copay/coinsurance without an explanation. I'm a Northside Employee and I'm highly disappointed. Explain to patient's why they have the copay/coinsurance. Be respectful. Be empathetic even if the person still has to pay. It's one of the few traits of working in the medical field."
