"My good friend referred me to this place, and everything went okay during my first appointment with this office. They set up a follow up appointment, and canceled twice on me. They finally didn’t cancel on me for the third appointment scheduled on April 11th, 2023 at 9:00am. I want to note that I live an hour away, but with traffic it took me an hour and 30 mins. When I arrived, I signed in and sat in the lobby for 45 mins. After waiting for almost an hour, I asked the front desk staff if they had forgotten about me, since I had been waiting for so long with no update from anyone. The front desk staff let me know that the person who was supposed to be doing my imaging was running behind. I sat down, and waited for another 20 minutes, still no one came to get me. I ended up leaving because I started to get frustrated. Once I left I called the office, and was told I would be called back, no one ever called back after waiting a couple hours. I then proceeded to call again twice and there was no answer. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE. The blatant disregard and disrespect for my time is unacceptable. They didn’t communicate whatsoever, and they weren’t apologetic after I voiced my concerns to them. Please go somewhere else if you’re able to, because it’s obvious they do not care about their patients here."
