"I’ve been coming to this office for 17 years. The old staff was wayyy more professional. I had an appointment today @1:30. The office staff called me at 12pm to inform me that the DR was in Jury Duty and will be late. The staff told me to come around 2 or 2:15. At 1:30, the office staffed called me again to tell me the Dr got picked for jury duty and they will have to reschedule my appointment. Mind you I took PTO for this appointment and you know ahead of time when you have jury duty. Very unprofessional. I will have to find a new GYN to go to because this was the most irritating experience I’ve ever had."

"I was introduced to this practice by referral and skeptically scheduled an appointment after reading the online reviews. While attempting to secure two separate appointments I experienced the most horrendous customer service from the office manager Christina. From the extreme lack of empathy to the continued miscommunication which led to two cancelled surgeries; I am appalled that she’s entrusted to service the women who consider this practice. Fortunately, this was not my first option but hopefully this review saves someone the time I wasted. Go where your health is prioritized and your business in appreciated. 0/10 Recommend Update: The office’s reply to my review shows their lack of customer service. As a referred customer, I am disheartened. The practice is well aware of my experience and the lack of communication which lead to this review and NO ONE has followed up; instead they reply to discredit my very valid review. Shameful."
