"I made a new patient appointment just to get my end of the year testing completed. 24 hours prior to my appointment time I still hadn’t received a call to confirm benefits, so instead I called them. Carmen (pictured here) picked up and informed me that they don’t call insurance companies to pre-authorize appointments/testing, etc. instead they wait until the Dr. provides a diagnosis. Carmen then refused to provide the new patient codes, and lab codes so that I could check with my insurance directly. she trangerref me to Emily, who was very snarky and beyond rude. Emily proceeded to refuse me the codes and when I said “nevermind, just cancel the appointment and send me confirmation via email”,she hung up the phone. Luckily for me, I live around the corner so I drove by to make sure it was in fact canceled. Now when I arrived, pictured, Carmen did not great me after I rang the bell and the window was shut. Emily opened the window and when I informed them of the reason for my visit she shut the window in ny face. To which, I proceeded to open it and ask 2-3x for confirmation that my appointment is canceled so I don’t get billed for it. Needless to say, if this is the treatment received from the front office, I’m terrified to see the Drs bed side manner, etc. Find another OBGYN!"

"Worst experience ever: 1. Their equipments are old, so for Pap smear, it will be a cold metal thing. 2. No prep talk for Pap smear and breast exam, like other doctors will be nice to tell me what’s going on, what’s next, what to expect. No prep talk from Dr. Blank. 3. I was interrupted several times when I was describing my birth control pill side effects. Absolutely horrible experience, never going back, not recommending to anyone."

"Dr Blank and his entire staff are quite simply AMAZING!! I have been seeing Dr Blank for over 30 years. He is warm, funny and very kind. His staff is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable on the most current medical options for our care and I am incredibly thankful for him and his entire team."

"I HATE paps, but Dr. Blank manages to make you comfortable. Originally I would never go to a male doctor for women's health but he was recommended to me after I went to urgent care for cramps. He is really fast and friendly. He also protects his patients well being and doesn't try to just do procedures or push medication on them. He gives great education if you are having any concerns after your check-up in his office and doesn't make you feel rushed. I would recommend him to friends and family."
