"I don't know a better Dr. than him. He's genuinely himself and cares alot. You will feel extremely comfortable while in his presence. From the talks of concerns to just open conversations Dr. Hackney gives 100+% he has been a aid for my mom, my sister and I. Its been the greatest 26 yrs!!"

"Dr. Hackney is an good Doctor, However his staff SUCKS!, not only do they take and additional 15 mins to reopen or receive calls after the lunch break which is supposed to end at 2:00, trying to have your insurance verified from that department leaves a lot to be desired. They lack the ability to confirm information requested by making it a point to offer to call you back after they have gone to try and get accurate information about your insurance as to whether or not it is one that they accept or not, nor do they seem concerned about the care of his patients. This applies to the stockbridge office on timeliness, not responding to the patience when they are supposed to be available after their 2:00 return time for lunch. The billing and insurance department lack knowledge and willingness to get the information needed for patience to make an informed decision about their health benefits!"

The staff is welcoming, caring and loving especially Daysha, she's a awesome person. His staff has been with him since I can remember.
