"I got 2 bills from this office and I was told one was $40 and the other $90, and I ended up paying $90 FOR BOTH. Raghavan told me to email the billing company, “ and be firm”…. NO RESPONSE FROM THE BILLING COMPANY. I disputed it with my credit card company, which a screenshot of the doctors email to me which was saying the amount was incorrect and my credit card company just got back to me today that the amount was correct. The doctor lied to me about the price!!"

"I probably came here 4 times in total but my last two visits are the reason I am looking for a new obgyn. During my last visit I was prescribed medication and I confirmed which pharmacy I needed it to be sent to and the receptionist confirmed it. When I go to pick up at my pharmacy they tell me it’s sent to another location…I thought to myself okay, mistakes happen and I ended up sorting it out. I also did a urine sample during that visit and received a call from the doctor that my sample was lost and I should come do another one. First I don’t live that close but I still managed to come and do another sample in office. More than a week goes by and I still did not receive my results, so I decided to call….they lost my sample AGAIN. Also I was prescribed medication and once again after confirming with doctor where I need it sent it gets sent to the wrong address AGAIN. I don’t know what type of negligence is taking place but I am extremely disappointed now."
