"I was looking to book an appointment with Dr. Colbert and the level of service (or lack thereof) that I received from, what I'm assuming is a desk assistant, insinuates that this doctor is probably not as competent as these reviews make her seem. A good doctor holds their staff to an appropriate standard of service, as the staff gives patients the first impression of the doctor they will be dealing with. The bar was set very low by whomever answered the phone at the front desk."

"I have only spoken to (2) of doctor Colbert’s staff members. One female on Thursday of last week and another young lady on this morning. I highly feel that staff and they way that they communicate and represent the providers are just as essential as the providers themselves because these are the 1st point of contact with any potential patient or current patient. Last week speaking with the 1st woman was not pleasant in any way, form, or fashion. (Yes, I am sensitive and have suffered from very traumatic experiences with my phobia of needles and medical staff digging in my arms, hands and wrist in my youth, adolescent and adult years) hence why it is already cringeworthy and unsettling for me to go to the doctor let alone try to set up an appointment with someone that is repeatedly asking me the same questions over and over, speaking almost on the verge of rudely and almost disregarded. However, after receiving an automated text on yesterday informing me to call I decided to go ahead this morning and try again. I was pleasantly surprised that the young woman I spoke with on this morning was quite pleasant and a breath of fresh air. She was straight and to the point and did not waste time or energy on the schematics. Whether or not I will actually become a patient and actually see doctor Colbert, I can say that the staff member I spoke with this morning represented her and the practice very well. My rating of a 3 star is an accumulation of both today’s call and last weeks call with (2) different staff members. Peace, love and light ✨✨"

"So glad i found Dr. Colbert. She listened to me and my concerns. I am plus size and she didn't just say loose weight and you will fine. She even drew a picture to explain a possible procedure. The entire staff was nice. Valerie in Labs was great. I am so pleased to be a new patient."

"I was very nervous as a new patient. My blood pressure was actually very high when the nurse first took it. She let me rest and we talked a while and when she took it again it was normal. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr Colbert. What a gem! I feel like I won the lottery. The entire visit from start to finish was pleasant. I am actually looking forward to going back. Dr Colbert is very easy to talk to and makes you comfortable immediately. She has compassion for your individual situation and is not in a hurry to rush through your visit. I am so impressed with Dr Colbert and the entire office staff."

"This was my first visit and I was beyond a nervous wreck. I just moved here so everything is completely new to me. The women at the front desk were very nice and respectful, even funny at times. Once seated, I did not have to wait long before being called to the back. I ended up crying due to the fact my husband couldn't go with me in the back (due to COVID19), but the nurses were so caring and reassured me he'd be able to attend for the anatomy and delivery. She was understanding and helped calm me down, and even started joking to make my experience a lot better. My first son I had a bad experience my first visit back in my hometown, and it brought back memories...due to me crying. Dr. Marie was so nice, understanding, funny, connected and engaged in conversation, and explained everything very well. By the time I left the office, I felt like I had chosen the right place for this pregnancy. I absolutely had a great first and second visit. I will tell others about this office. Everyone was outstanding and very nice. So appreciated during a pandemic and so many are afraid."
