"I went into coastal dental for a Dental clearance for surgery. After completing the x-rays, I was told that I needed a bridge because it was potential signs that an infection could set in. Therefore, my medical clearance was not signed off on that day. However, the office manager was very kind, sweet and understanding that she was able to work me in the following week. On October 17 was the day of my procedure. When I entered the office I was very nervous about having the procedure done. The doctor entered the room, introduced himself. I still was feeling a little nervous and uptight. However, he informed me that I would be OK. Still feeling a little nervous when the procedure started. However, from the tone of his calm voice and the words that he spoke made me feel relaxed. He constantly used the words “ it looks good you’re doing great, continue to relax, it made the procedure go by fast and pain free. I was very pleased and satisfied.
