"I only went to the hospital because Dr. Brass was on call to deliver my baby! My family & I absolutely ADORE him!!"
"Every since I had my hysterectomy back in July 2020 I’ve been down bad. Somehow Dr. Brass obviously did something wrong and my kidneys been blocked and I’m now suffering right kidney failure. Dr. Brass was not professional enough for me, he never had time to talk to me or answer any of my questions I was brushed off every time. I wouldn’t recommend him to nobody."
"They are amazing! They saved my daughter's life when she was delivered and couldn't breathe correctly. I was always treated with respect and informed. I have gone here for years now and Brass even helped get me diagnosed with a diseasein an area that wasn't gynecological after 5 doctors misdiagnosed me. Highly recommend."
"Dr. Brass just did my hysterectomy and he was wonderful. I feel completely confident with Dr. Brass and his team of professionals."
"First off I wish there was a way to give minus stars. RUN don't walk from this women's clinic. If you do not want to see a doctor or know anything about whats going on with you or your baby then this is the place for you. You get to see a nurse practitioner almost every time, 9 months pregnant and my wife has seen a real doctor 3 times. They sent us down to the birthing center 4 times to have my wife's blood pressure checked. One of the times they made my wife sit over an hour in a family room across from the triage room WITHOUT anyone checking on her. They said because they did not have a bed open. I work out of town and when I got there and there were 3 beds open and my wife was just sitting there. If she or the baby would have been in real trouble then they would have been dead by the time someone figured it out. When you finally get into a bed the nurses just leave the room and twice I have had to go to the nurses station to have them call the nurse back into the room. The monitor was flashing and beeping because my wife's blood pressure was thru the roof and not a single nurse around. I asked when is the doctor coming in the check on her or talk to us about what is going on, the nurse just laughed and said no such luck. They told a woman that she was leaking fluid but was not having any contractions so she could go home. My wife and I are now scared to death at having our son born here but it's too late to change doctors now. I am really thinking of making the drive to the hospital in Ft Payne or Atlanta just so I do not have deal with Norton or Floyd. Run from Norton, run from Floyd Medical Center, You have been warned."
