Allstate Insurance: The Wilson Team

"Hello, One star is to much for Mr. Rich Wilson! Unfriendly and rude. After my Daughter (18) had a car accident with the car of my wife. He just tried to find a reason not to pay for our car damages. We had full coverage, but they paid nothing. I tried to contact him and send him Mails, but he never replied. You think you have goo and full coverage insurance? You wrong with Allstate and The Wilson team. Never again, this agency is horrible. Go to Nationwide, if you need a good insurance. This is my personal opinion, because of my experience. Hope you have better experience."

"Had an increase hike in auto policies as well idk if any of these insurance agencies have your best interest because they offer lower premiums to bait you in and don’t tell you worse case scenario only bust you upside the head with excessive fees and never can explain the increase on your premium. Discounts are constantly placed on and off at each renewal and multi line polices were split as if they were separate accounts. Totally upset for the miscommunication and lies told. Should have stuck with State Farm because corporate doesn’t fix the agents mistakes only apologizes and you’re stuck paying for it in the long run. Stay clear!!!!"

"Short form: Rude, impatient, with bait & switch sales tactics. This insurance agency quoted me at $6xx initially and soon raised my rates to $900+ followed by a $1400 renewal quote, all with 0 accidents in between for the same exact coverage. This happened within a time frame of roughly 12 months. The primary insurance agent doesn't really bother answering questions and is generally apathetic in any business related inquiries. The lady that does phone calls is the only one that seemed polite and friendly during my interactions with this agency. Adding on: After I switched to Progressive and tried to cancel the policy, the agent demanded that I show him proof of coverage. Since when am I required by law to show this guy anything? After I submitted the proof there was still no cancellation. I contacted Allstate and threatened to sue - my policy was canceled within hours. Bottom line, don't touch these scumbags even with a 10 foot pole. Allstate as a whole can't possibly be this shady, but this location sure is."

"Got home insurance last Oct 2015 $7xx , same as other review, renewal comes in mail with high premium hike $400+ quote hike, unacceptable. Was going to be refering family members, canceling that idea asap. AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING OR RENEWING. Beware."
