"I was quoted that the imaging would cost $99. No mention of a separate bill for the staff. I received additional bill for $557.00!!!! I would not have done the procedure if I had known this. Proper information was not given!"
"My father has severe medical issues and need imaging from the office. After 3 weeks, they don’t even care to send results to his doctor. I ‘ve called several time but no one willing to help. They gave different phone numbers to call. Please do not bother to come here. Worst office ever, feel bad for their patients!!"
"went in for a CT scan of my left foot that my provider who is a northside provider needed. got to my appointment 30 minutes early sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes before the being called for registration then another 15 minutes for my appointment, the tech tells me my providers wants a 3D cd and says let me call the ppl who do it to see if they can do it, i sit in the back waiting for 20 minutes, she comes back and says she can't get in touch with them then tells me to sit in the waiting room for 20 more minutes so she can try to get the CD made, then she comes and tells me they can't do it, and i have to come back to retrieve it another day( like i can just take time off work to run back and forth for this CD, and not to mention my payment after insurance is $1000, and i can't get this CD the day of my appointment is not ok, now my surgery may have to be pushed back until i can take off work to get it because the close early and not open on the weekend. i asked if there is a way it can be electronically sent to my provider who is a northside provider they told me no. very disappointed, i will never go back to this facility"
"I recently went for a biannual mammogram at this facility. It turned into an unpleasant experience. My insurance provided transportation was very late to pick me up from home. This caused me to be 1/2 hr late for my appointment. This in turn caused the cancellation of my appointment as they are on a timed schedule. I then had to wait an hour and three quarters for the next opening. The tech who performed the mammogram was an impatient, unsympathetic person who didn’t appear to care how painful a mammogram can be for someone with fibrocystic disease and scar tissue from a lumpectomy. The receptionists were very polite and helpful however. I’ve never been treated so badly by a medical tech. I most likely won’t return to this facility."
"On June 20, 2022 I had an x-ray done. My doctors office is on the second floor of the same building and yet there hasn’t been an image sent. I asked if the results were in back in July and nothing was sent. I understand that there could be staffing issues or maybe there is no urgency. However, it’s now August 23rd. I received a bill but my X-ray image has not yet been sent to my doctors office?? I work in Healthcare. I work beside X-ray techs. And I was told that this place has a bad habit of not sending images. So this place already has a bad reputation. I am irritated at this place because I have been patient."
