The Corn Center for the Visual Arts, located at 921 Front Avenue in Columbus, Georgia, is a dynamic creative hub within the university setting. Our institution offers a range of services including admissions, student accounts, financial aid, and registrar support, all available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The Corn Center, housed in a renovated cotton warehouse, features spacious studios, labs, and galleries that inspire the artistic process.

The Norman Shannon and Emmy Lou P. Illges Gallery within the Corn Center showcases a diverse range of artistic works.

In addition to the Corn Center, the Yancey Center and the historic Seaboard Air Line Railway Freight Depot provide additional spaces for faculty offices, classrooms, and art studios. The Yancey Center also houses a Graphic Design Studio, an Art Education classroom, and a new Animation Studio.

The Depot, originally built in 1902 and renovated for the Department of Art, offers individual studios for faculty and advanced art students, as well as a gallery for public exhibitions. The Art History program is also based in the Depot, with a dedicated Study Room and Lecture Hall.
