"I recently had to cancel a policy through this agency due to a brain tumor. It took approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the cancellation to be complete. The company overcharged me the 25% minimum premium due, which, then I was accused by Jake of not paying. I contacted his office four separate times speaking to two different females working in the office. I never got a return on my last question on what part of the policy terms made me pay more than 25% after cancellation. I never got an answer, but did get another bill for $508, which I paid. Then got another bill today for $187. Jake’s main concern was the fact that I was upset, at which point he hung up on me refusing to admit he was wrong. If you’re looking for insurance, I suggest going to an office that is competent, takes ownership for the mistakes, and doesn’t blame the guy with a brain tumor whose just been paying the premium on a cancels policy to avoid credit issues."
