"My mother trusted Hightower to not only fulfil her last wishes, but to offer empathy, support and understanding to her family at our most vulnerable time in our lives. They failed on an epic level in doing so. Because myself and my sisters (her BLOOD family) were not signing the check, we were not allowed into the room with our mother for the “first” viewing by the family, we were made to wait in the hallway. We were treated with the utmost disrespect possible during this period and I would NEVER want anyone to ever experience what we had to endure at the hands of this facility. Hightower added to an already very painful life event and made the memories of this day worse."

The Kyle & Kyle team are honest caring Gentlemen who will treat you in an honest manner while helping you through your time of confusion & grief.
