"Horrible! In the office he told my 87 year old mother that he was not doing total knee replacement. He came in to pre-ok and didn't say a word about what he was doing. Just marked her knee and left. We found out post surgery that he did a total knee replacement. My mom is in so much pain. He didn't even order a morphine pump post surgery. We had to get nurse to call and order. 8 hours later and my mom screaming in pain, the pump is being installed. Never let your elderly parent go to doctor alone."
