"Where do I even begin? I started coming here 14 weeks ago to start a weight loss journey and from the day I arrived, all of the staff have been unbelievably encouraging, supportive, flexible and kind! The staff here make you feel loved and cared for in your personal life, they don’t just give you a menu and a shot and say goodbye. They are incredibly thorough with their discussions, lab work, etc. this isn’t a quick answer to weight loss and they give you all the tools you need to be successful. The best part is, if you don’t do as well one week, it is OK and they do not judge or criticize! They work to support you for the coming week! Could not recommend enough! Down 35 pounds!!"

"UPDATE: I’ve reached out to the office several times and I get no response. Your Clinical Director for this facility, S.B., is difficult, hard to reach, and refuses to address my concerns. You may want to start with her instead of telling me to contact the office. Are you that naive? Stay away from this facility. There are much better alternatives. Everyone is very nice and supportive until you become ill and they refuse to reimburse you for treatments that you never received. Don’t get me wrong, things went well at first and I lost weight, but when I became very ill, the entire staff flipped a switch and went from nice to nasty. They have a great program, but DO NOT ever prepay for anything because they don’t offer refunds no matter what the situation. Also, make sure that you carefully read and understand what you are signing. They are just there to make money off of people who are desperate to lose weight and get healthy."
