"My information was input wrong from the beginning by my broker and it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with Cigna Oscar and their lack of customer service. Never once has the girl who sold me the insurance apologized for the wrong doings or the issues at hand. Every single one of my health insurance claims has been denied. There was an excuse for every one of them. All of them were supposed to be covered. My 2 year old daughter went in for a checkup and the drs office tells me she is not even in the insurance system. Funny I have a card for her. The stress from dealing with all the unpaid bills ( over $50,000. that were supposed to be covered caused more stress) causing further dr visits. That guess what we’re also denied. I don’t wish this on anyone. It is a Nightmare."
