"My friend Rebecca invited me with her friends. My first time ever trying anything like this. Super fun with a group of people you know. We got a chance to make cups, bowls, and plates and choose the color of glaze it will turn out to be. A must do experience, make sure to trim your nails, where clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty in and just have fun. It is ok that you don’t get it right the first time, I struggled and the instructor was able to help and guide it back to center."
"I really enjoyed the wheel throwing class. Instruction was a bit shorter than I would have liked, but the experience overall was fun and just slightly challenging (in a good way)."
"Absolutely love the classes and the teachers. A place for me to get creative and play with mud. Best place to go to decompress after work. Taking home my little creations has been so satisfying"
"My wife and I went to ACW's Clay Play Date and had a blast! It's actually not a bad deal at $45 for three pieces, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."
"A gem of a spot to find locally made ceramic work. Is a working ceramic studio with a small shopping gallery. Was amazed at the diversity and quality of work, everything from high end woodfired and raku work to charming work-a-day mugs and other utilitarian ceramics. They also offer classes and host small "try clay" groups. A good find for gifts!"
