"Signed up for Cigna Dental coverage through my employer in October but never received an insurance card and finally had to call them in January for the card. The local number they have on the Cigna website for the local Atlanta office was disconnected when I called it. Had to call the 1-800 #. If you have a choice, go with Delta Dental, excellent service and good coverage!"
