"Going to jump on this one star bandwagon. On hold for 20 min with 10sec repeat clip of "All agents are still assisting other callers thank you for patience... Hard to trust a billion dollar company absolutely miserable UX. Don't mind a hold but this feels intentionally painful."
"The worst customer service imaginable. If you want to spend thirty minutes on the telephone only to be cut off, this is your company. My claims are being denied because I didn't receive a referral to see my PCP. When I ask who I would go to for a referral to a PCP they can't answer and hang up. Three times now. My PCP has even given me her NPI and tax ID number but they hang up before I get that far. No more premium payment for Anthem. Anthem sucks. Avoid them at all costs."

"I went to the site but due to my county, I was not able to apply for insurance online. I called to find out if I could email or if there was another site I could work from. I spoke to a very rude guy who wanted way to much personal info just to find out if I could even apply for insurance (NOT IF I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR INSURANCE...BIG DIFFERENCE). Super rude and since my 1st experience was super rude, I will not be applying to be treated badly in the future. He hung up on me by the way. No "bye" "have a good day" "see ya" etc. He flat hung up. So I googled "blue cross blue shield of Georgia" so I could write a review on the company. I called this number linked to this account to make sure it was the same division and was taken to the same auto prompts."
