Best Friends Animal Hospital DVM

"Everyone has spoken about how great this vet office is, and they may be great. I’m not sure. All I know is that in my specific case they have not been great. I understand an office may deal with tons and tons of uneducated people, but I’m not that. I’ve taken my girl there 4 or 5 times after expressing how unsatisfied I am with other vet offices because I can’t get answers as to why my pet is experiencing skin issues. I wasn’t able to afford testing for her all at once, and looking back I’ve spent thousands just taking her in for “exams” and testing that she had already. Considering how many visits and how much money I’ve paid. I could’ve done her allergy test up front and saved the trouble. She’s on a hydrolized food that costs $120 a bag. I emailed and told the practice that she’s not improving and I need a plan… and their response was to “bring her in so the doctor can take a look”. Which I’m fine with, but how many looks do the doctors have to take at her to realize what’s wrong? She’s had 5 with this practice 4 at the previous one, and 5 at the one before. The lady who answered the phone was nice but not understanding that my pet has been seen various times with no answers so just kept repeating to me that they have ‘no idea what’s going on until the doctor does an exam and takes a look’ as if I had never been there before and I was asking them to psychically diagnose my dog. I even sent pictures to the number they provided so they could see that my dog wasn’t improving after her previous exams and the response was the same. So it’s been 3 years that my pet is suffering with a horrible skin affliction. Now I’m faced with finding her a home where someone else can afford to keep sending her to the vet with no answers, or putting her down because she’s suffering and the vet doesn’t want to help her, they just want to charge. This one star review is based solely on this one experience because I’m mad that I’m losing my pet. It’s not based on other pleasant experiences that I’ve had at the facility. I’ve tried to speak with them with no luck and I’m met with a disrespectful tone as if I don’t know how the process of a vet visit works and insulting my intellect is the most disrespectful way of communicating in my eyes."

"I had to take my baby to them one Morning and they worked me in the veterinarian was super nice help me with more meds and Si is doing better. Bill was kinda high but worth it."

"I highly recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital! The staff is absolutely amazing, they know me by name and Dr. Willman always asks how all my other animals are doing. They know my entire furbaby family and they even know my rooster, Studley. Dr. Grey looked over my rooster and gave him medicine for a respiratory infection! They are all just amazing!"
