"Not a great experience for the toddler class. The teachers are nice enough, but there isn't any structure to the lessons or a lot of attempt at instruction. The instructor just sat the two little kids on the scaffolded steps and squirted water toys at them. They did drag/carry my son across the half pool length a couple of times, but not much more happens that can't be done at bath time. There's just a lot of sitting. I really wanted to like the classes and thought after a few they would improve, but on the fifth class, there were two instructors and just my son, and the teachers mostly just talked to each other. In the end it was a waste of time, so I burned the last few classes. Also, beware, their cancellation policy is terrible. You end up paying for an extra month."

"BEWARE!! SafeSplash is a complete joke. This business is poorly run with very high turnover in its swim instructor staff. This high turnover leads to a high likelihood that you’ll be paired with a poorly matched instructor. At the end of our first lesson, our instructor informed us that she was not returning the following week. We were provided a new instructor. Unfortunately, this new instructor was not prepared to work with young children new to swim. The office manager confirmed our observations and routed us to a different instructor. On the morning of our lesson, we learned that instructor #3 was no longer with SafeSplash. That’s two instructor exits within three weeks. This high instructor turnover makes it difficult for children to build confidence and trust with the teacher. Additionally, the new instructor has no history with your child, meaning they cannot measure progress consistently. I reached out to the office for a refund. I was informed that they do not refund services (even when not provided). Beware and take your children elsewhere!"

"Not worth the headache with management. This swim school has gone downhill fast. While the instructors are wonderful, the scheduling and class logistics are not worth the trouble. If you do attend, Jhari in particular is an incredible teacher. He is patient and kind and really helped my child progress. He is the only reason I have kept my child enrolled. He is WONDERFUL! Management on the other hand is impossible to deal with. I have called and emailed multiple times a week over the past few weeks. They are non responsive and have no clue about what is going on. We have been assigned to classes with no teachers, and shuffled around to the point of having to withdraw from the swim school. Save your energy and find another spot for lessons"

"I love the teachers there. They are kind, patient, and I feel like they enjoy teaching swimming. My children all get better each week. I like that the classes are 30 minutes, and I feel like the children are learning the whole time. It is worth it!"

"My son has really enjoyed his swim class. The instructor is wonderful. The makeup policy is a bit harsh. They will allow me to makeup 1 class a month, which is fine, but you can't reschedule a makeup class, even if you call back 5 minutes later because you realized you have a conflict. That's a $21 mistake."
