"We (Lanett PANTHERS) played an away game on their field last night, though we lost, I want to say that the atmosphere, food, the people, the service, and the press box is now one of my favorite places to go now out of the many high school fields I've been, to date. Just laid back, good people, and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. You played us so well and rightly deserved your win Hanley Tigers! Go PANTHERS!"
"Nice venue. Only 1 gate open. Being a first time visitor we didn't know where to go to find an entrance. No signs, no people giving directions. Heard a song with inappropriate language during halftime show for 7-8 year olds."
"Necesito space for sports. Walking track around field. Metal bleachers, clean bathrooms. Concession stand"
"The announcer kept talking about good sportsmanship and at the same time handley's band would play really loud to so that our offense could not hear the snap count. That is an unsportsmanlike penalty, sounds like some home cooking to me. That's ok American Christian will take them out of the playoffs."
"Roanoke has a beautiful new Tigers stadium. The ballpark has concessions on both sides of the field and ample parking. Plan on a good bit of walking for an older person to get to seating, but stadium is handicap accessible for a motorized wheelchair. Astro turf field is well lit for an enjoyable ballgame and has great PA system for sound. Driving to stadium is through a small, quaint town with very few gas stations or food venues."
