"I have a large dog rescue in Randolph County. We use TSC ALOT. All of the employees go over and above to make sure we are always taken care of. Brent especially, drops what he is doing to help me with produc or even help me decide on how to build something I'm needing. I wouldn't trade any of them from another store. The Roanoke location and the employees are by far THE BEST!"
"Although, most of the employees are really great,, we have stopped shopping here. We get our supplies elsewhere. The manager, Ryan (I think), needs to be trained in customer service. A class in manners for him would probably be a good investment for the company as well."
"Always the best to go to Tractor Supply. There is something special about this store here in Roanoke. Everyone talks to you like you've been old friends all of your life. It's an easy camaraderie that is always present. Store is laid out nicely. Easy to find what you need. Employees are always happy to lift and carry for me when needed, which is often at my age! "Went to this store to pick up a battery for my lawn tractor. This was the closest store that had one in stock. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Purchased online for curbside pick up. Waited in my car for about 20 mins but no one ever came out for my pick up. Just went into the store and picked up my battery. No big deal. It was after 6:00 PM. Would recommend this store."
