"Christy and Jamie are truly amazing! I have taken my fair share of CE courses and state required classes, and Jamie is by far the best instructor I have ever had. I didn’t just memorize the information for the exam, I actually learned how to apply laws and regulations to every day situations. My experience with Capitus was nothing but professional, insightful, and beyond helpful. They are also very patient and understanding if you run into any issues. Coming from someone who is a horrible test taker and basically always depends on the memorization method, I can tell you these ladies perform miracles!!! I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to further their career in the Real Estate industry. 10 out of 10! Thank you Capitus!!!"
"CAPITUS ONLINE PRESALES VERSION UPDATE! I PASSED THE FIRST TIME! OPINION: First, I would say that overall I feel good about the course delivery and information. Hopefully, I pass! CONTENT: The content in places feels redundant which extends time where it could be condensed. I did appreciate the female-recorded portion of the course. It felt personable and offered explanations that made sense. The course information was confusing in multiple areas, particularly toward the later chapters of the course as I noticed that the online recorded modules followed the Real Estate Dynamics resource text. I had been engaging with the text and recording separately for the course's primary portion, which is counterproductive. I wish this important design was communicated from the onset. Once I realized this, the notes I was taking in a seperate notebook, I then began in the text. The good part is it may have created more confusion for me in that I began to notice a great deal of contradicting information within the recordings and the text. The end of chapter tests towards the middle of the course began to show inconsistencies and wrong answers noted as correct. This is very confusing and plants seeds of doubt as the student. I want to feel confident in what is communicated and am not sure I can be. Hoping for the best. Time: I just finished the course tonight --1 day before my course deadline! I started Sept 19th of 2022 and I am sooo glad I went with the 6-month option as opposed to the 3 month option. The holidays took up a great deal of time, but to be honest, it is extremely time-consuming. I work as an educator with 2 kids and a husband... I could go on, but I will close with--pace yourself and the 6-month program will probably work best for students with demanding jobs and families."
"I’m so glad I chose Capitus! I took the in person 75 Hour Pre-license Course with Rusty. He gave so many real world examples that helped me remember the context. The CRAM course was the icing on the cake. I struggled with some of the math initially, but after taking the CRAM course with Mr. Ennes, the math portion ended up being one of my strongest areas! I passed my school and state exam on the first try! I couldn’t have done it with out Capitus! BTW… Christy, the school director is absolutely amazing. She made my experience at Capitus seamless and enjoyable!!"
"This place has wrong content , incorrect questions and answers leading you to nowhere but to failure I have posted a review with details and it never posted I wonder why.. long story short unless you want to waste your time , money and get played with your education this is the place . They gave me such a hard time on my refund they sent me a voided check by thinking I wouldn’t realize and get away with it I had to fight for my money back and rights ! Christy is the worst ! Very unprofessional . I would call the office as I have all the rights to and Christy would email saying not to “call the office and upset the staff” instead of calling me back directly and figure out why their customer/student was upset . Give me a break , this place should be closed it’s such a joke."
"The worst experience. I went in to pick up a training manual based on the office hours listed however when I arrived no one was on the office and there was no signage to even explain that someone stepped away. The building receiptionist didn’t have any contact information or know how to contact anyone to assist me. Luckily a gentleman came and proceeded to go behind wxubicle and wake up the employee who was in the back sleeping. When she came up to the desk, her exact words were I was on my nap. How unprofessional and disheartening. This place is an absolute joke and should be closed."
