"Initially, I thought this was gonna be a great day care for my toddler. Unfortunately the director Marci comes off as a caring employee until your a fews days late on a payment. I was behind on one payment and I was told my 2 year old couldn’t return although I was transparent with Marci about my payment schedule and managing as a single mother. I was told I need to answer my phone when she calls and that they couldn’t accommodate me although I was making my payments including late fees. She became a different individual than she portrayed to be. This daycare is not accommodating either I’ve had to take days off work because they were closed on days outside of the holiday calendar. You would think that after paying a full week of fees for only 3 days that they would be more considerate or accommodating. It feels more like a mob when it comes to collecting fees, they don’t address issues in private they will blurt out your business in front of whoever, and I made it clear that I was behind that week because it was my daughters bday week still no mercy. Also they don’t give the kids a nutritional breakfast the menu never matches what they are eating, they give the babies cheerios and cows milk most mornings, and by the time you pick up your child they’re are snotty and hungry. When the children aren’t valued you should be concerned. I love the teachers but essentially the directors is only concerned about money which is sad because $230/ week can be a hefty expense for the single moms! It saddens me because my daughter made friends and loved her teachers! Woman to woman she handled this all wrong, however there are other daycares that have more to offer."

"Absolutely Fantastic. From the Directors Mrs. Marcie and Mrs. Lisa to the wonderful teachers in the Cubs Class Mrs. Keisha and Ms. Shawna we could not ask for better teachers and staff. The communication and curriculum for the children is superb. Our daughter is in the infants room and goes for walks daily and gets to play outside. The children have several activities that focus on motor skills and sensory development. Our daughter and her classmates are always happy when we pick her up. The photos sent each day are wonderful and our girl is always so happy. We are so grateful and feel so blessed to have such a wonderful school for our daughter."
