"I signed up for real estate license classes through the MLS website because covid had restricted the number of in-person courses around me. I would have had to wait months for the next opening, and I was not about to do that. I was hesitant at first, because the course was done through zoom and there was only one instructor available for back to back classes. My instructor was Mr. Schneider, who had no reviews from past students, which also made me hesitant. He was so great, however, which is why I am writing this to let everyone know! He was very in depth and explained things in common language to help students understand the concepts. He also gave examples and has a lot of experience as a realtor and instructor. The class itself is structured to give students a lot of exposure to the material before tests. I highly recommend taking the fundamentals portion before the practice course."
