"Turning Sun is an amazing place for children to learn and grown. The teachers and staff provide an environment for the kids to learn from each other and from their experience, even in the infant room. The emphasis on outside time with a large playground facilitates imaginative play and sensory exploration. They have been accommodating for outside therapists to provide services at the school for our special needs child. I appreciate that they host events to showcase the experiential learning of the students and invite the parents in to facilitate the fun. The chef who caters the lunches even offers pre-ordered meals for easy dinners at home. They do follow the Dekalb County school schedule which allows the teachers to participate in staff development. For us, it is a home away from home for my littles and I highly recommend them!"
"We LOVE Turning Sun Tucker! Frequently, my husband or I come home from picking our daughter up and say "I just love it there!" Our daughter has been going to Turning Sun since she was 4 months old and every teacher, helper, and admin we have encountered has been kind, thoughtful, caring, and has made it a point to get to know our daughter as an individual. Our daughter gets a lot of time outside which she loves (and we love too). I couldn't recommend Turning Sun Tucker more!"
"BEST DAYCARE EVER!!!! The teachers are fantastic, the community is engaged, and my son couldn't be happier. We drive from Kirkwood to go here and it's undoubtedly worth it. 10/10 recommend (coming from a mom who stayed home the first year and was super nervous about starting daycare)"

We love that they get messy, play outside a ton and can explore who they are in a safe environment. It’s such a special, intimate place! I am so grateful to this school for what they’ve done for our family."
