"I called on 6/7/22 to get advice about the nursing program. I was transferred and the lady answered the phone on speaker phone I said good morning she said how may I help you. I said I was calling to see if you would accept my associate degree she said "first of all we only have a associate program and not a BSN program" I hung up the phone in her face. What type of unprofessional mess is this??? She didn't speak when she was greeted and she used first of all in a aggressive voice. I knew not to listen another second to her rude behavior. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but she doesn't represent the school. These people who work for the schools/colleges seems to be a little irritated well I have a solution to fix this problem...Go find another job that your excited to go to every morning. I didn't give you permission to speak to me that way your school should listen to the calls. Ridiculous"
"Hosting the AMERICA'S NATIONAL GRACE pageant, in the auditorium (June 22, 2019). Having been to several venues that have hosted such events, I have found this to be the most adequate. Very clean, great floor plan, ample seating and a great stage. Every seat is a great seat. Close to two major roads and ample parking. Great venue."
"The are some people there who do not care about helping you and are utterly unprofessional. Signed up, brought my transcripts, did everything they said. Now I have to go get another transcript. They apparently lost the one I gave them, but even before that doing the placement test proved difficult. I was told that I could show up anytime between 8:30 a.m and 2pm over the phone. I show up at 10am and am told that this location doesn’t test all day but only at exactly 8:30 or 2. So I drive to the other campus and granted I didn’t get the scores I wanted I decided to try again. The next day I show up to the Dallas Ga campus at the correct time. I actually arrived at 8am. The same woman that has been terrible turn after turn. Lost my transcript, sent me to another campus even though she could have helped me. Here again she tells me that even though I am on time that I can’t test there. “They are full” rudely hands me a card with the Marietta campus location. Thank god another administrator was there and overheard her turning students away on the last day to test. She saved the day, while the one woman just sits back and does nothing. The helpful administrator grilled her for turning people away on the last day of testing, she said “what if there is no room by the time they get there?” Following she set up extra computers for the other students to test, as well as myself. I wish now that I wasn’t involved in this college and have not received the help or service that you would expect from an educational institution... now I get to call someone else tomorrow to more than likely tell me that I can’t be helped. Guess it’s back to Atlanta to waste gas, time, and money to do something I had already done. What a day this has been.. the black lady was an angel. The white lady with glasses couldn’t care less about her job, or helping people. Having trouble with this. Should you really pay out thousands of dollars to an institution that can’t be bothered with you."
"I wanted to leave a compliment for the lady that helped me out when I came to visit. Her name was Kathy Greer. She was outstanding. Ms Greer really cares about people. She spent a great deal of time making sure that I was happy and completely satisfied with my experience. I hope that Ms Greer is recognized for doing such an excellent job. Individuals like her really encourage others to pursue their education and broaden their horizens."
"Mrs. Kim Hill is the worst teacher at Chattahoochee tech period. Do yourself a favor and don't take her English class. Mrs. Hill directions are not clear at all. Every time she walks in class she complains about how early it is and how tired she is. She has a condescending attitude and her teaching style is out dated. I always feel like shes discriminating against me because of my ethnic background. If you want to have the worst class experience of your college career then she'll be the person to give it to you. She is the absolute worst teacher I've ever had in my whole life! and I don't want any of you to ever have to go through this! Its not fair to any of us as students (customers) that we have to deal with horrible teachers such as Mrs. Kim Hill who has a outdated teaching style, horrible attitude, and feels like she can get over on her students because of her title. For the amount of work and my grades (A's) thus far at this school its no reason that I should have to deal with and unpleasant professor like Mrs. Hill. I am a customer before I am a student at this college. I am paying for good customer service and unfortunately Mrs. Kim Hill isn't a good customer service provider. From my previous professor at this college I know they're capable of picking amazing instructors its just unfortunate that Mrs. Kim Hill Isn't one of them."
