"We had our 2020 taxes done there and the lady who done them used an old W2 from the year prior and did not use my Husbands W2 and because of that our taxes had to be amended. So because of her screw up we were supposed to get our State taxes so now we owe the state and will not get a State refund. Not to mention it’s been 19 weeks and still haven’t received our Federal and it’s not showing a time frame for that. I’ve called and left several messages for Mr Russell who has not returned phone calls and it’s very frustrating not to mention unprofessional. Update: So it’s been 22 weeks and still no Federal check and after 3 Months they finally told us where our state refund went and because of the Workers mess up we now have to pay the State almost $500 and still no word on our Federal return at all. This place has lost our business and we have been going there for years but not anymore after this ordeal. This place needs to screen their workers better and do background checks on them."
