"My daughter is in the prek program. There is a weekly meal fee of $30 that I have set on auto pay. The school's system failed to draft my payment and they charged me a 100% late fee. I sent definitive evidence that, from my end, auto pay was enabled, but they refused to reverse the charge. It may be a relatively small amount of money, but I do not recommend anyone deal with a daycare that is so careless about overcharging and unwilling to make things right. I explicitly stated that I did not authorize payment of the late fee, but the system applied payments regardless. Interesting how it can autopay late fees."

My daughter is now about to turn 4 and she loves coming to the Sunshine House to interact with friends and learn from teachers. I think that the educational development program they have in place is a great foundation for small children and she comes home excited to show us what she can accomplish.
