"Took my GR86 here for a recall pertaining to an ECU update. 1 hour an 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for my car to come off of the hill. It is done with the update and it is just sitting. I asked about it and said it just needs to be brought down and it’ll be 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later I’m still waiting and it is still sitting up the hill outside of the maintenance department. Very unprofessional, and very disappointing for an ECU update. This is the exact reason I avoid dealerships at all costs.
