"Absolutely terrible experience. We called in to set an appointment for my kid's immunization shots a week ago. They pulled his shot history and said they knew which shots he needed. I called in yesterday to confirm the appointment and what was to be done. I get there today with my family. My wife and I had to take off work, and I took my son out of school. We get to the office for our appointment at 10:30am, and didn't get seen until almost 11 am. When we arrived at the office they said he needs to do a physical before he can get his shots. They never mentioned this before hand. We finally get called to the back only to be told they don't have all the shots and that we would have to come back for a 2nd shot. They completely wasted our time and I believe they added on this supposed mandatory "physical" so they could get money from the insurance company without actually providing the service that we were scheduled for. I believe they knew they didn't have the vaccine. This isn't something that people are coming in for this specific vaccine all day ever day. So we had to wait, potentially get sick, be told about doing a "physical" which we didn't request, only to not get the vaccine we did request which they confirmed they had when they made the appointment, and when I called in yesterday to confirm. I think it was completely unprofessional location. I do not think you should waste your time coming here. There are better pediatricians in the area to go to."
