"Lady at the front desk was so rude. Kept rushing me when I was trying to pick out my frames. I paid extra to get them shipped to my house and they said it would take 5-7 business days. 20 days later, I still do not have my glasses. I called the store and the lady did not apologize or anything. She said she would send them to my house and it would take ANOTHER 5-7 days. I asked if they could express ship and she said I would have to pay even more for a mistake they made. I understand things happen beyond our control, but for her to not even apologize or try to help shows very poor customer service. Stay away from this place."

"Eye Can See Eyewear! What a wonderful establishment. I’ve had a relationship with the Hampton location for a couple years now. The staff there treats me so well. Literally everyone is amazing. I’ve had to get multiple replacement frames and contacts within the last year. However, Jessica has made each experience a breeze. She’s so nice and patient. She’s definitely plays a major part in the company’s success. Today I picked up my glasses. I expected to wait for another week or so. Give JESSICA A RAISEEEEEEEEE"

"Great atmosphere I love the people but for some reason they cannot get my prescription right. I spent around $1200 had to go in for a second test. I came out with the same results and would not give me a refund"

"My glasses were warped from the Fla heat being left in my car…they wouldn’t stay on my head…I went in to see about finding frames that would fit the lenses of my broken glasses. A very helpful lady named Jessica took my glasses and repaired them in 5 minutes!!!!! They could’ve had me buy an expensive pair of glasses but instead fixed mine(and cleaned them) for free!!!!!!! Thanks! Just another reminder of why small businesses are better than the big box stores….Customer Service! (They have great deals too)"
