"Please believe all the terrible reviews people are leaving about this place. It’s months later and I’m still waiting for a referral from this doctor for my child to see a specialist they recommended for a serious matter. Every time I call it’s an excuse. Not only the doctor but the receptionist should be ashamed also. If you see a parent having to keep calling to get a referral and you don’t do anything to help the situation you’re just as bad. This place DOES NOT PUT CHILDREN FIRST. How dare you all treat children this way."

"Please save yourself the trouble and find a doctor somewhere else. AN OFFICE THAT CARES. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE DOCTOR IS BARELY IN OFFICE, and 99.9% can’t do anything you need in a timely manner! Their process and the way they run things at this office is unprofessional, doesn’t Suit their clients needs ever at all! and the doctor needs to retire because again she ISNT EVER IN, pushing appointments back or whatever you need even further!"

"Please listen to the reviews. I do not recommend. My daughter was seeing an entirely different doctor at this location when she was first born and eventual my the doctor quit and transferred locations. I was confused why but now I see. My daughter has been going to this location for 5 years and they are so unprofessional it’s taking me now to finally see it and see why her original doctor decided to leave. The front desk are unprofessional, they talk about the kids, hang up the phone in your face & schedule appointments at times they aren’t even going to be there. Please take your kids elsewhere! If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Dr. Manley has been my girl’s pediatrician since birth and she is great! They’re now 21 and 17. Well now I have a granddaughter 1mo and decided why not keep using the same Dr. I’m completely disappointed in the service we have received so far. The new front desk staff is very unprofessional. I had to keep calling to speak with someone and then to be told they didn’t have any appointments avail for her 1mo check up. After asking to leave a message on Dr. Manley voicemail I was told we can work you in. Then the day of her appointment to be told we didn’t have an appointment. But they can see her. After waiting 3 hours before anyone came in the room is ridiculous. Sad to say this will be the last time coming to this office."

"The Doctor is wonderful but front desk staff member named Edith is very rude she would not listen to why I had called for. I call to get in touch with the doctor to get a letter in regard of my daughters medical concern to her school. She was hanging up the phone on me and when she finally talk to me she repeatedly telling me to go to emergency room we not going to see you etc. First of all I did not ask to be seen. second stop telling people no before you even let them finish why they had called your office. She is very laud, inpatient and, she was yelling and talking to me very rude and hung up the phone again. Very unprofessional 1st Pediatrics should training Edith to have a better customer service, to listen, and be patience or if she hates her job so much she need to find to do a different carrier path. You can not be rude in a pediatrics front office children and family should feel safe, heard, and cared."
